CNC milling machine EV series is suitable for machining, mold manufacturing and many other fields. EV Series:
High performance, high efficiency, high precision, high stability
1."A" type column has bigger span in base to ensure rigidity and stability.
2.Saddle is wider and thicker to ensure the ability of heavy duty when processing.
3.In spindle box, rib is reinforced to strengthen the contact surface between spindle box and
column and provides great support.
4.All the parts are Germany, Japan and Taiwan imported components to ensure the durability and
long-term stability of machine.
5.Three axes roller ball screw adopt Japanese THK or same level ball screws which use the
method of direct connection and pre-stretching to ensure the accuracy of machine.
6.Arm type automatic tool change device; tool magazine has 24 tools; tool changing time is only
2.2 seconds; promote processing efficiency. ( Optional) 32 tools
7.Each machine is equipped with Laser Pitch Compensation Device.

1. X/Y/Z axes adopt heavy duty linear ways for A type machine. It ensures the characteristics of high rigidity, low noise and low friction. High speed feed-rate and contour cutting accuracy are achieved.
2. High rigid (ball-screw) provides reliable transmission for high speed processing.
3. Superior rigidity structural offers to achieving precision and lasting performance in heavy cutting applications.
4. The spindle adopts super precision angular contact ball bearings. Spindle speed 12000rpm is standard.
5. Adopt Meehanite cast iron (General Industrial Standard:FC20~25) and heat balance design.Since Meehanite cast iron provides larger damping and smaller deformation,our machines are more durable and with extraordinary performance to cope with long term manufacturing

7. High reliable and high accuracy ballscrew design Φ40mm high class double nut provides strong rigidity, high torque, better accuracy, long-life,and effectively heat extension control.
8. Extra wide door design for conveniently loading and unloading the fixture and workpiece.
9. Precision Ball-Rail or Roller Rail (option) Linear Guideways and C3 Class Ball Screws
for Three Axes Linear Guide ways are used on all three axes. Because of their high rigidity,low noise, and low friction, this helped to chieve high-speed rapid movement and excellent circular accuracy.Double nut C3 class precision ballscrews are used on all three axes.Along with pretension double nut and supports to minimize the backlash and to compensate for error caused by temperature differences in order to maintain positioning accuracy.
