A. Machine Introduction and Application

VMC850B vertical machining center is our new design for industries that have high efficiency processing needs. With compact machine body, stable performance and reliable quality, it can realize the comovement X/Y/Z three axis. Our machine is largely used by aviation, military, mould, automotive, internal combustion engine, textile machinery and many other fields.
B. Main Structure Features

1,Machine basic parts are high strength cast iron, broader machine base design, single column structure with high speed spindle provides best structure support and best rigidity cutting performance.
2,Machine bed, column, slide, worktable and inner spindle box has wider and stronger angle support plate. All the binding surface are produced  by manual scraping to ensure the whole machine rigidity and the precision.
3,X/Y/Z three axis are Taiwan HIWIN linear guideways , it can promote the machine rigidity, the processing precision and the work efficiency. Tri-axial feeding are famous Taiwan high pitch,high precision ball screw. We use Germany FAG bearings, three axis servo motor and ball screw are directly connected, we use imported gapless elastic coupling, gapless and high rigidity transmission to ensure the positioning precision of the machine. Ball screw bearing we use pre-stretching structure to minimize the precision influence caused by the thermal deformation during the long time processing..
4,Spindle adopts Taiwan POSA 8000rpm high speed high precision spindle unit. Along with Japanese NSK bearing,  automatic cylinder device.  Spindle adopts air blast through spindle, it can wash the spindle taper and the tool shanks, remove the workpiece residues and guarantee the high precision and rigidity of the spindle.
5,The machine adopts 180W 12L/min large capacity coolant pump. With high pressure flushing and enough cooling.
6,Machine lubrication adopts motor-driven pump centralized lubrication device, it offers reliable and stable lubrication to ball screw and guideways with fixed quota at fixed time.
7,X/Y/Z axis ball screw all adopt splash guard to ensure the clean of ball screw and guideways, the machine tool drive and movement accuracy. The machine splash guard adopts total splash guard, It's safe and reliable.
9,The NC control system is GSK 25i control system, with full functions and is easily to operate; Standard RS-232 Interface and related softwares; equipped with DNC online processing functions.
Tool Change is Taiwan Chen Sound(16Tools), tool changing is rapid, stable, and reliable.
